• 계정 정보: 계정 식별자, 소셜 로그인 제공자의 이름과 제공자가 준 식별자, 제공자가 전달하는 이메일과 표시 이름, 가입 시각, 동의 기록⁠(동의한 약관 버전, 앱 개선 참여 여부, 동의 시각)⁠
• 업로드한 사진: 헤어/메이크업 시뮬레이션을 위해 이용자가 직접 업로드한 얼굴 사진
• 생성 결과: 시뮬레이션 결과 이미지, 얼굴을 가린 변형본, 이용자의 편집 기록⁠(히스토리)⁠
• 활동 로그: 생성 요청 시각 등 서비스 이용 기록 (크레딧 사용량 계산과 보안 점검에 사용)
• 로그인 감사 기록: 로그인과 로그아웃의 시각, 접속 IP 주소, 브라우저와 기기 종류, 접속 국가 (부정 이용 방지 목적, 아래 8항)
• 공개 게시 기록: 이용자가 결과를 공개했을 때 저장되는 게시본과 기록 (아래 5항)
• 설문과 의견: 이용자가 보낸 설문 답변과 의견 (아래 6항)
• 페이지 조회 기록과 유입 캠페인 태그: 공개 페이지 접속 통계 (아래 7항, IP 주소는 기록하지 않습니다)

Account details (identifier, the sign-in provider and its subject id, the email and display name the provider passes us, sign-up time, and your consent record), photos you upload, generated results with face-masked variants and your edit history, activity logs (request timestamps, used for credit counting and security), login audit records (time, IP address, device type, country, for abuse prevention), anything you publish (section 5), survey answers and feedback (section 6), and public-page view statistics with any campaign tag on the link (section 7, no IP address).

업로드한 사진과 생성 결과는 헤어스타일/메이크업 시뮬레이션 제공과 이용자 본인의 기록⁠(히스토리)⁠ 조회, 그리고 이용자가 직접 공개하기로 선택한 게시물의 표시를 위해 사용합니다. 활동 로그는 크레딧 사용량 계산과 서비스 안정 운영에, 로그인 감사 기록은 부정 이용 방지에 사용합니다. 설문과 의견은 다음에 무엇을 만들지 정하는 데 사용합니다.

광고와 프로필링에는 사용하지 않습니다. AI 모델 학습과 품질 개선에는 이용자가 별도로 동의한 경우에만, 11항이 정한 범위에서 사용합니다.

Photos and results are used to provide the hair and makeup simulation, to show you your own history, and to display anything you chose to publish. Activity logs are used for credit counting and stable operation; login audit records are used to prevent abuse; survey answers and feedback are used to decide what to build next. Nothing is used for advertising or profiling. Training and quality improvement happen only with your separate opt-in consent, within the limits set out in section 11.

• 업로드 사진과 생성 결과: 계정 안에 보관되며 이용자가 히스토리에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 히스토리는 최근 1,000건까지 보관하고, 그보다 오래된 기록과 그에 딸린 이미지 파일은 자동으로 정리됩니다. 업로드 후 30일 자동 삭제는 아직 구현되어 있지 않으며, 구현 전까지는 이용자의 삭제 요청⁠(8항)⁠을 받으면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 자동 삭제가 적용되면 이 방침을 갱신해 알려드립니다. Uploads and results stay in your account and you can delete them from your history. The history keeps the most recent 1,000 records and prunes older ones with their image files. Automatic deletion 30 days after upload is NOT implemented yet; until it is, we delete promptly on request (section 8), and we will update this policy when automatic deletion ships.
• 계정 삭제: 설정에서 계정을 삭제하면 계정은 즉시 서비스에서 내려가 로그인할 수 없게 되고, 공개해 둔 게시물은 즉시 삭제됩니다. 계정 폴더 전체⁠(사진, 결과, 프로필)⁠는 착오 삭제를 되돌릴 수 있도록 30일의 유예 기간을 둔 뒤 정리 작업으로 완전히 지워집니다. Deleting your account takes it out of service immediately - sign-in stops and published items are removed at once - and the whole account folder (photos, results, profile) is erased by a purge job after a 30-day grace period, so an accidental deletion can be undone until then.
• 계정 정보와 활동 로그: 서비스 이용 계약이 유지되는 동안 보관합니다. Account details and activity logs are kept while your account is active.
• 로그인 감사 기록과 보안 기록: 부정 이용 방지와 보안 점검을 위해 보관하며, 현재 자동 삭제 주기는 적용되어 있지 않습니다. 보관 기간은 법률 검토와 함께 정할 예정입니다. Login audit and security records are kept for abuse prevention and security review; no automatic deletion schedule is applied to them today, and the retention period will be set together with the legal review.
• 설문, 의견, 페이지 조회 기록: 집계 목적으로 보관합니다. 페이지 조회 기록에는 계정 식별자도 IP 주소도 들어 있지 않습니다. Survey answers, feedback and page-view records are kept for aggregation. The page-view log contains neither an account id nor an IP address.
• 관계 법령이 별도 보관을 요구하는 경우 해당 기간 동안만 보관합니다. Where the law requires separate retention, we keep the data only for that period.

업로드한 사진과 생성 결과는 외부 업체에 제공하거나 판매, 공유하지 않으며, 외부 AI 서비스로 전송하지 않습니다. 이미지 생성은 회사가 운영하는 서버에서 이루어집니다.

Your photos and generated results are never sold, shared with other companies, or sent to an external AI service. Image generation runs on servers we operate.

서비스 운영에 관여하는 외부 요소는 다음과 같습니다.

• 소셜 로그인 제공자⁠(구글, 카카오, 네이버)⁠: 이용자가 선택한 제공자로 로그인할 때, 제공자로부터 식별자와 이메일, 표시 이름을 받습니다. 사진이나 생성 결과는 제공자에게 전달되지 않습니다. Sign-in providers (Google, Kakao, Naver): when you sign in we receive an identifier, email and display name from the provider you chose. No photo or result is sent to them.
• 접속 전달망: 웹사이트는 보안과 전달을 위해 네트워크 엣지를 거쳐 제공됩니다. 엣지는 연결에 사용된 IP 주소를 보게 되지만, 회사의 조회 기록에는 저장하지 않습니다. Network delivery: the site is served through a network edge for delivery and security. The edge necessarily sees the IP address of a connection; we do not store it in our own view log.
• 번역: 한국어로 입력하거나 말한 스타일 설명 문장을 영어로 바꾸기 위해, 그 문장이 외부 번역 서비스로 전송될 수 있습니다. 사진, 계정 식별자, 결과 이미지는 함께 보내지 않습니다. Translation: the short style description you type or dictate in Korean may be sent to an outside translation service to be rendered into English. No photo, account id or result image goes with it.
• 음성 입력: 기본 설정에서는 서버와 같은 곳에서 동작하는 변환기가 음성을 텍스트로 바꿉니다. 음성 자체는 저장하지 않습니다. Voice input: by default speech is transcribed by a component running alongside our own server, and the audio itself is not stored.
• 공개 자료 저장소: 안내서, 브로슈어 등 개인정보가 없는 공개 자료는 외부 저장소와 전달망을 통해 제공될 수 있습니다. Public assets: manuals, brochures and other material that contains no personal data may be served from outside storage and delivery networks.

기본값은 비공개입니다. 이용자가 결과 화면에서 직접 게시 버튼을 누르기 전에는 어떤 사진이나 결과도 공개되지 않습니다. 게시할 때 얼굴을 가린 버전과 원본 중에서 무엇을 공개할지 이용자가 고릅니다.

Nothing is public by default. No photo or result becomes public until you press publish on a result yourself, and you choose whether the face-masked version or the original goes out.

공개되는 내용: 선택한 결과 이미지⁠(가린 버전 또는 원본)⁠, 비교용 "전/후"를 켠 경우에는 업로드한 원본 사진, 스타일 이름, 직접 입력한 설명 문구, 게시 시각과 언어입니다. 게시물마다 조회 수를 세지만 방문자를 식별하지는 않습니다.

What becomes public: the result image you chose (masked or original); the photo you uploaded, if you turned on the before-and-after comparison; the style name; any caption you wrote; and the time and language of the post. We count views per item but do not identify visitors.

공개 범위: 게시물 주소를 아는 사람은 누구나 볼 수 있습니다. 회사의 검토를 거쳐 승인된 게시물은 홈 화면의 갤러리와 사이트맵에 실려 검색 엔진에 노출됩니다. 승인 전에는 검색 엔진에 색인하지 말 것을 요청하지만, 링크 자체는 바로 동작합니다.

Who can see it: anyone who has the address. An item we have reviewed and approved also appears in the home-page gallery and the sitemap, where search engines can find it. Before approval we ask search engines not to index it, but the link itself works immediately.

공개 기간: 이용자가 삭제하거나 회사가 내릴 때까지 유지됩니다. 이용자는 언제든지 직접 삭제할 수 있고, 계정을 삭제하면 게시물도 즉시 함께 삭제됩니다. 다만 이미 다른 사람이 내려받았거나 외부 서비스가 저장, 캐시한 사본까지는 회수할 수 없습니다.

How long it stays public: until you delete it or we take it down. You can delete it yourself at any time, and deleting your account removes it at once. Copies that other people downloaded, or that outside services stored or cached, cannot be recalled.

서비스 안의 설문은 선택형 3문항과 짧은 자유 입력 2칸으로 이루어져 있으며, 모든 문항이 선택 사항입니다. 답변은 계정 식별자, 사용 언어, 앱 버전과 함께 저장되어 다음에 무엇을 만들지 정하는 데 사용됩니다. 계정에 유입 캠페인 태그가 있으면 그 태그도 함께 기록됩니다. 다시 답하면 최신 답변이 반영됩니다. IP 주소는 기록하지 않습니다.

The in-app survey is three optional multiple-choice questions plus two short free-text boxes. Answers are stored with your account id, your language and the app version, and are used to decide what to build next; if your account carries a campaign tag it is recorded with them. Answering again updates your answer. No IP address is recorded.

의견 보내기로 보낸 글도 계정과 함께 저장되며, 서비스 개선 검토에만 사용합니다.

Feedback you send is likewise stored with your account and used only to review improvements to the service.

공개 페이지를 열면 방문 1건마다 다음 항목이 기록됩니다: 시각, 페이지 경로, 표시 언어, 접속 국가⁠(전달망 엣지가 알려 주는 2자리 국가 코드)⁠, 방문 직전 사이트의 호스트 이름⁠(전체 주소가 아닙니다)⁠, 검색 로봇으로 보이는지 여부, 그리고 링크에 붙어 있던 캠페인 태그입니다.

Opening a public page records one line: the time, the page path, the display language, the country (a two-letter code the network edge provides), the referring site's host name (not the full address), whether the request looked like a crawler, and any campaign tag that was on the link.

• 이 기록에는 방문자의 IP 주소를 저장하지 않습니다. 계정 식별자나 쿠키 값도 들어가지 않습니다. We do NOT record the visitor's IP address in this log, and no account id or cookie value goes into it either.
• 제3자 분석 도구나 광고 스크립트를 사용하지 않습니다. 통계는 회사가 직접 남긴 기록만으로 만듭니다. We use no third-party analytics and no advertising scripts. The statistics come only from our own first-party log.
• 링크의 캠페인 태그는 7일짜리 쿠키에 보관되며, 그 방문자가 회원가입을 하면 첫 유입 캠페인으로 계정에 한 번 저장됩니다⁠(이후 덮어쓰지 않습니다)⁠. A campaign tag from the link is kept in a 7-day cookie, and if that visitor registers it is stored once with the account as its first touch (never overwritten afterwards).

개인정보 보호법⁠(PIPA)⁠에 따라 이용자는 언제든지 본인의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 안에서 직접 할 수 있는 것도 있습니다: 히스토리에서 결과 삭제, 공개 게시물 삭제, 앱 개선 참여 동의의 철회, 계정 삭제. 그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.

• 연락처: 로그인 후 앱의 도움말(?) > 이메일 문의에서 이메일 주소를 확인할 수 있습니다 (스팸 방지를 위해 주소는 로그인한 이용자에게만 보여 드립니다).

Under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time. Some of this you can do yourself in the app: delete a result from your history, delete a published item, withdraw the app-improvement consent, or delete your account. For anything else, sign in and use Help (?) > Contact us by email; the address is shown to signed-in users only, to keep spam out.

• 전송 암호화: 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
• 접근 통제: 로그인한 본인만 자신의 사진과 기록에 접근할 수 있습니다. 공개 게시물은 이용자가 공개하기로 선택한 것에 한합니다.
• 활동 감사 로그: 로그인과 주요 요청을 기록해 비정상 접근을 점검합니다.
• 메타데이터 제거: 업로드 사진은 저장 전에 재인코딩되어 위치정보⁠(GPS)⁠ 등 EXIF 메타데이터가 제거됩니다.

HTTPS encryption in transit, per-account access control (public items are only those you chose to publish), login and request audit logs, and re-encoding of every upload so that location (GPS) and other EXIF metadata are stripped before storage.

개인정보 유출 사실을 알게 된 경우, 관계 법령에 따라 72시간 이내에 영향을 받은 이용자와 관계 기관에 통지합니다.

If we become aware of a data breach, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities within 72 hours, as required by law.

업로드한 사진은 AI 모델 학습에 사용되지 않습니다. 이용자가 "⁠더 좋은 미리머리 만들기에 참여합니다⁠"에 동의한 경우에 한해, 얼굴을 가린 최종 결과 이미지와 선택한 스타일 정보가 품질 개선과 학습에 사용될 수 있습니다. 이때 파일에는 계정을 알 수 있는 정보가 붙지 않습니다.

Your uploaded photo is not used to train AI models. Only if you agreed to "help make MiriMuri better" may the face-masked final result and the style you picked be used for quality improvement and training, and those files carry nothing that identifies your account.

무료 크레딧으로 이용하는 경우 이 참여가 이용 조건이며, 유료 요금제에서는 선택 사항입니다. 동의는 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있고, 철회하면 이후 결과는 사용되지 않으며 이미 모아 둔 해당 이용자의 파일도 삭제합니다.

Joining is the condition for using the free credits and is optional on a paid plan. You can withdraw in settings at any time; after withdrawal your later results are not used, and files already collected from your account are deleted.

본 서비스가 사용하는 쿠키는 다음 세 가지입니다.

• mirror_auth (필수, HttpOnly, 최대 30일): 로그인 상태 유지
• mirror_locale (1일): 표시 언어와 지역 설정
• mirror_utm (7일): 링크에 붙어 있던 캠페인 태그, 가입 시 첫 유입 기록에 사용 (7항)

광고, 추적, 제3자 분석용 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다. 브라우저의 로컬 저장소⁠(localStorage)⁠에는 테마, 선택한 모드 등 기기 내 UI 설정만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 별도의 쿠키 동의 배너를 두지 않은 점은 법률 검토 항목에 포함되어 있습니다.

The service uses three cookies: mirror_auth (strictly necessary, HttpOnly, up to 30 days) to keep you logged in, mirror_locale (1 day) for the display language and region, and mirror_utm (7 days) for the campaign tag described in section 7. We use no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies. Browser localStorage holds device-local UI settings only (theme, selected mode) and is never sent to the server. Whether a cookie banner is required is on the list for the legal review.

회사는 대한민국 개인정보 보호법⁠(PIPA)을 기본으로 준수합니다. 사진의 처리와 저장은 대한민국에 있는 서버에서 이루어집니다. 페이지 전달을 위한 네트워크 엣지와, 안내서나 브로슈어 같은 개인정보가 없는 공개 자료의 저장소는 해외 리전을 이용할 수 있습니다. 사진이나 결과 이미지를 국외 설비에서 처리하거나 보관하게 되는 경우에는, 법이 요구하는 고지와 동의 절차를 먼저 갖추고 이 방침을 갱신한 뒤에 시행합니다.

We comply with Korea's PIPA as our baseline, and photos are processed and stored on servers in the Republic of Korea. The network edge that delivers the site, and the storage for public material such as manuals and brochures that contains no personal data, may sit outside Korea. If we ever process or store photos or result images on facilities outside Korea, we will first put in place the notice and consent the law requires and update this policy before doing so.
