MiriMuri 이용약관

본 약관은 MiriMuri 서비스⁠(웹, 모바일 앱 포함)⁠의 이용에 적용됩니다. 회원가입, 로그인 또는 서비스 이용 시 본 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의 사실과 약관 버전은 계정 활동 기록에 저장됩니다.

These terms govern use of the MiriMuri service (web and mobile apps). By signing up, logging in, or using the service you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. Your consent and the terms version are recorded in your account activity log.

계정이 필요한 범위: 홈 페이지, 서비스 소개 페이지, 가이드, 스타일 카탈로그, 샵 찾기, 자료실⁠(안내서와 내려받기)⁠과 이용자가 공개한 결과 페이지는 계정 없이 볼 수 있습니다. 사진을 올려 이미지를 만드는 앱⁠(/app)⁠은 로그인한 계정이 필요합니다.

What needs an account: the home page, the tool pages, the guides, the style catalog, the salon pages, the guides-and-downloads page, and result pages a user has published are public and need no account. The render app at /app needs a signed-in account.

본 서비스는 이용자가 올린 사진을 바탕으로 인공지능이 헤어스타일과 메이크업을 미리 시뮬레이션해 보여 주는 참고용 도구입니다. 공개 페이지에서는 스타일 카탈로그, 가이드, 샵 정보 등 참고 자료를 함께 제공합니다.

생성된 이미지는 시뮬레이션이며, 실제 시술 결과⁠(색상, 질감, 형태 등)⁠와 다를 수 있습니다. 본 서비스는 미용, 의료 또는 기타 전문적 조언을 제공하지 않습니다. 현재 서비스는 미리보기 단계이며 기능과 품질이 계속 바뀔 수 있습니다.

The service is a reference tool: it simulates hairstyles and makeup with AI on a photo you provide, and the public pages carry a style catalog, guides and salon information. Generated images are simulations and may differ from real-world results (color, texture, shape). The service does not provide professional, medical, or cosmetic advice. It is a preview: features and quality keep changing.

• 이용자는 본인의 사진 또는 촬영 대상자의 동의를 받은 사진만 업로드해야 합니다. Upload only photos of yourself or of people who have consented.
• 만 14세 미만은 법정대리인의 동의 없이 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다. Users under 14 require legal-guardian consent (Korean law).
• 계정 자격 증명의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 무단 사용을 인지한 경우 즉시 알려야 합니다. You are responsible for your credentials; notify us of unauthorized use.
• 금지 행위: 타인의 사진 무단 이용, 불법 또는 유해한 콘텐츠 생성 시도, 서비스의 역설계, 자동화 도구를 통한 대량 요청, 보안 우회 시도, 무료 크레딧을 반복해서 받기 위한 계정 중복 생성. Prohibited: unauthorized photos of others, attempts to create unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineering, automated bulk requests, security circumvention, and creating duplicate accounts to claim the sign-up credits again.

크레딧 1개는 완성된 결과 이미지 1개입니다. 한 번의 요청에서 나오는 미리보기와 최종 이미지는 합쳐서 1개로 계산하며, 같은 요청을 다시 만들면 1개가 더 차감됩니다. 스타일 추천 실행은 새로 이미지를 만들지 않으므로 크레딧의 일부만 차감됩니다⁠(현재 0.2개)⁠.

One credit is one completed look. The preview and the final image of a single request count as one credit together; re-rolling the same request costs one more. A style recommendation run does not render a new image, so it costs a fraction of a credit (currently 0.2).

• 가입 시 지급되는 시작 크레딧은 한정 기간 프로모션으로, Google 계정으로 가입하신 분께 지급됩니다. 회사는 이 프로모션을 사전 예고 없이 변경하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 1회만 지급되고 매월 갱신되지 않으며, 지급일로부터 90일이 지나면 만료됩니다. 프로모션이 종료되더라도 이미 지급된 크레딧은 그 90일 동안 그대로 사용하실 수 있습니다. The sign-up credits are a limited-time promotion, granted to people who register with a Google account. We may change or end the promotion at any time without notice. They are given once, do not renew each month, and expire 90 days after they are granted. If the promotion ends, credits already granted remain usable for the rest of those 90 days.
• 구매한 크레딧의 유효기간은 구매일로부터 1년입니다. 구매 화면에서 유효기간을 먼저 안내하며, 만료 전에 앱에서 남은 기간을 알려 드립니다. Credits you purchase are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The expiry is shown before you buy, and the app tells you the time remaining before they lapse.
• 회사가 무상으로 지급한 크레딧(관리자 지급, 이벤트 등)의 유효기간은 지급일로부터 30일입니다. Credits granted free of charge by us (an admin grant, an event) are valid for 30 days from the day they are granted.
• 만료 전 안내: 프로모션 크레딧이 만료되기 전에 서비스 화면에서 남은 기간을 알려 드립니다. Before promotional credits lapse we show the remaining time in the app.
• 차감 순서: 먼저 월 요금제 한도, 그다음 먼저 만료되는 크레딧부터 차감됩니다. 회원에게 가장 유리한 순서입니다. Credits are spent in this order: the monthly plan allowance first, then whichever balance expires soonest - the order that wastes the least.
• 사용하지 않은 월 한도는 다음 달로 이월되지 않습니다. 유료 요금제의 한도는 결제일을 기준으로 매월 새로 시작되며, 하루의 기준 시각은 회원 가입 시 확인된 회원의 시간대(0시 00분 - 23시 59분)입니다. 예: 9월 4일 결제 시 해당 주기는 10월 3일 23시 59분에 종료됩니다. 시간대 변경이 필요하면 고객센터로 요청해 주세요. An unused monthly allowance does not carry over. A paid plan's allowance restarts monthly on the payment day, and a day runs 00:00 - 23:59 in the time zone recorded for your account at sign-up. Example: pay on 4 September and that cycle ends on 3 October at 23:59. To change the time zone on your account, contact us.
• 환불: 결제일로부터 7일 이내에는 사용하지 않은 크레딧 전액을 환불받을 수 있습니다⁠(전자상거래법 제17조)⁠. 그 이후에는 사용하지 않은 크레딧에 해당하는 금액에서 10⁠%⁠를 넘지 않는 수수료를 공제하고 환불합니다. 무료로 지급된 프로모션 크레딧은 환불 대상이 아닙니다. 회사가 서비스를 종료하는 경우 최소 30일 전에 고지하고 사용하지 않은 유료 크레딧을 전액 환불합니다. Refunds: within 7 days of payment you may cancel and be refunded for all unused credits (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce art. 17). After that, unused credits are refunded at the price paid per credit, less a fee of no more than 10%. Free promotional credits are not refundable. If we discontinue the service we will give at least 30 days notice and refund all unused paid credits in full.
• 유료 크레딧 구매는 아직 열려 있지 않습니다. 결제 기능이 열리면 서비스 내에 고지합니다. Paid purchasing is not open yet. We will announce it in the service when it opens.
• 무료 제공은 프로모션이므로 사전 고지 후 변경되거나 종료될 수 있습니다. The free offer is a promotion and may change or end with prior notice.

요금제 페이지의 크레딧 정책과 요금제 변경 및 정산 기준⁠(결제일 기준 리셋, 업그레이드 시 기간/사용량 비례 중 낮은 금액 공제, 다운그레이드 다음 주기 적용, 스토어 결제 우선)⁠은 본 약관의 일부를 구성합니다.

The credit policy and the plan-change settlement terms on the plans page (anniversary reset, min-of-two-prorations upgrade credit, next-cycle downgrades, store precedence) form part of these terms.

업로드한 사진의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 생성된 이미지는 개인적 용도와 미용 상담 용도로 자유롭게 사용할 수 있으며, 회사는 생성 이미지에 대한 소유권을 주장하지 않습니다. 업로드 사진과 생성 결과는 기본적으로 AI 모델 학습에 사용되지 않으며, 이용자가 명시적으로 동의한 경우에만 학습과 품질 개선에 사용될 수 있습니다⁠(개인정보 처리방침 참조)⁠. 무료 크레딧으로 이용하는 경우 이 동의가 이용 조건이며, 동의는 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다.

You keep the rights to your uploads. Generated images may be used freely for personal and salon-consultation purposes; we claim no ownership of them. Uploads and results are NOT used for AI training by default - only with your explicit opt-in consent (see the privacy policy). Joining that opt-in is the condition for using the free credits, and you can withdraw it at any time in settings.

결과를 공개 페이지로 게시하는 경우에는 제6조가 적용됩니다.

If you publish a result as a public page, article 6 applies.

공개는 전적으로 이용자의 선택이며, 기본값은 비공개입니다. 이용자가 직접 게시 버튼을 누르기 전에는 어떤 결과도 공개되지 않습니다. 게시할 때는 얼굴을 가린 버전과 원본 중 무엇을 공개할지 이용자가 고릅니다⁠(가린 버전이 있으면 그쪽이 먼저 선택되어 있습니다)⁠.

Publishing is entirely your choice and nothing is public by default. No result becomes public until you press the publish button, and you choose which version goes out: the face-masked version or the original (when a masked version exists it is preselected).

• 이용 허락: 결과를 게시하면 회사는 게시된 이미지와 함께 입력한 문구를 서비스 운영을 위해 저장, 복제, 표시할 수 있습니다. 공유 페이지, 홈 화면의 갤러리, 사이트맵, 링크 미리보기 카드 등 회사가 운영하는 페이지에 게재하는 범위에 한정되며, 무상, 비독점, 전 세계에서 유효하고, 이용자가 게시를 삭제하면 종료됩니다. 저작권 등 권리는 계속 이용자에게 있습니다. Licence: by publishing you grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, copy and display that image and its caption in order to run the service, limited to showing it on our own pages (the share page, the home-page gallery, the sitemap, link preview cards). It ends when you delete the published item. You keep your rights in the content.
• 검토와 큐레이션: 게시 링크는 바로 동작하지만, 홈 화면의 갤러리는 큐레이션되어 회사의 검토를 거친 게시물만 실립니다. 회사는 언제든지 게시물을 검토하고, 게재를 거절하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. Review and curation: a published link works immediately, but the home-page gallery is curated and carries only items we have reviewed. We may review, decline or remove a published item at any time.
• 삭제: 이용자는 언제든지 본인의 게시물을 직접 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제하면 공개 페이지에서 사라집니다. 계정을 삭제하면 게시물도 함께 삭제됩니다. Deletion: you can delete a published item yourself at any time and the public page goes away. Deleting your account removes your published items too.
• 게시 수 제한: 계정당 동시에 공개할 수 있는 결과 수에는 상한이 있습니다⁠(현재 30개)⁠. There is a cap on how many results one account can have published at once (currently 30).
• 타인이 식별되는 사진은, 그 사람의 동의 없이 게시할 수 없습니다. Do not publish an image in which another person is identifiable without that person's consent.

공개 전에 꼭 확인해 주세요. 공개 페이지는 링크를 아는 누구나 볼 수 있고, 검색 엔진을 포함한 외부 서비스가 내용을 저장하거나 캐시할 수 있습니다. 한 번 공개된 이미지는 다른 사람이 내려받거나 복사할 수 있으며, 나중에 삭제해도 이미 만들어진 사본까지 회수할 수는 없습니다. 남에게 알려지기를 원하지 않는 사진은 게시하지 마세요.

Please check before you publish. A public page can be seen by anyone with the link, and outside services including search engines may store or cache it. Anyone can copy or download an image once it is public, and deleting it later cannot recall copies that already exist. Do not publish anything you would not want found.

서비스 안에서 짧은 설문에 답하거나 의견을 보낼 수 있습니다. 설문은 선택형 3문항과 짧은 자유 입력 2칸으로 이루어져 있고, 모든 문항이 선택 사항이며 답하지 않아도 서비스 이용에 제한이 없습니다. 답변은 계정 식별자, 사용 언어, 앱 버전과 함께 저장되어 무엇을 다음에 만들지 정하는 데에 사용됩니다. 다시 답하면 최신 답변으로 갱신됩니다.

You can answer a short in-app survey or send feedback. The survey is three optional multiple-choice questions plus two short free-text boxes; every question is optional and skipping it changes nothing about your use of the service. Answers are stored with your account id, your language and the app version, and are used to decide what to build next. Answering again replaces your previous answer.

서비스는 "⁠있는 그대로⁠(as is)" 제공됩니다. 회사는 점검, 개선, 장애 등으로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 일시 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 서비스 내에 고지합니다.

The service is provided "as is". We may suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, improvements, or outages, and will announce material changes in the service.

관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서, 회사의 총 책임은 청구 원인 발생 직전 1개월간 이용자가 실제 지불한 금액을 한도로 하며, 간접적, 부수적, 특별 또는 결과적 손해에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 그리고 강행법규상 배제할 수 없는 책임은 제한되지 않습니다.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you actually paid in the one month before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

회사는 본 약관 위반, 남용 또는 보안 위협이 확인된 계정의 이용을 제한하거나 해지할 수 있습니다.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, or security threats.

이용자의 계정 삭제: 이용자는 설정에서 직접 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제하면 계정은 즉시 서비스에서 내려가 로그인할 수 없게 되고, 공개해 둔 게시물은 즉시 삭제됩니다. 계정 폴더는 착오로 인한 삭제를 되돌릴 수 있도록 30일의 유예 기간 뒤에 정리 작업으로 완전히 지워집니다. 삭제 시 남은 크레딧은 복구되지 않습니다.

Deleting your account: you can delete your account yourself in settings. Sign-in stops immediately, anything you published is removed at once, and the account folder is erased by a purge job after a 30-day grace period so that an accidental deletion can be undone until then. Credits left in a deleted account are not restored.

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에 제기합니다. 해외 이용자의 경우, 거주 국가의 강행 소비자 보호 규정은 그대로 적용됩니다. 일부 조항이 무효로 판단되더라도 나머지 조항은 유효하게 존속합니다.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with venue in the courts of competent jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure. For overseas users, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply. If any clause is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect (severability).

회사는 대한민국 개인정보 보호법⁠(PIPA)⁠을 기본으로 준수하며, 해당되는 범위에서 EU GDPR, 미국 캘리포니아 CCPA 등 국제 개인정보 규정을 존중합니다. 자세한 권리와 행사 방법은 개인정보 처리방침에 있습니다.

We comply with Korea's PIPA as our baseline and respect international privacy regulations where applicable, including the EU GDPR and California CCPA. Details and how to exercise your rights are in the privacy policy.

회사는 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 버전과 시행일을 갱신하여 고지합니다. 중요한 변경이 있으면 서비스 접속 시 다시 동의를 받을 수 있습니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

We may update these terms; changes are announced by updating the version and effective date on this page. For a material change we may ask you to agree again when you next open the service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
